Introduction
These terms apply to your use of duyumjewelry.com and to orders you place with Duyum Giftware & Jewelry LLC, 30 N Gould St STE 43148 Sheridan, WY 82801. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
The contract
When we accept your order we email a confirmation to the address you entered at checkout. Keep that email as your receipt. Use a correct email so we can reach you.
Payment
You may pay by credit or debit card (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express where offered). Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. Your bank may charge its own fees. If payment fails, we may cancel the order.
Promo codes
Enter promo codes at checkout. Codes added after purchase are not applied.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. For shipments outside the United States, import duties and taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives. Those charges are yours; we do not set them. Contact your local customs office for details.
Ordering
Orders placed in someone else’s name without permission may be reported. We may correct pricing errors, cancel an affected order, and refund what you paid.
Returns
Consumer returns follow our Refund policy (30 days from delivery, unworn, original packaging). Return shipping is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item or the piece arrived damaged or defective. Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
We stand behind manufacturing defects in the gold jewelry itself. Damage from knocks, crushing, improper repair, fire, water, or normal wear is not covered. To make a claim, email contact@duyumjewelry.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We may repair, replace, or refund as set out in our Refund policy.
Personal information
We use the data needed to fulfill your order and run the shop. See our Privacy policy for cookies and your rights to access or correct your data.
Products
We may change prices, stock, and product information. Photos and descriptions are for illustration; color can vary on different screens.
Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Check the parcel on arrival. Visible transit damage should be reported to the carrier at once, then to us.
Complaints
If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@duyumjewelry.com with your order number. Pack returns so they cannot be damaged in transit. We may replace a defective piece with the same model or refund if it is discontinued.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss (including delay, data loss, or extra costs) beyond what these terms and the law require.
Force majeure
We are not liable if we cannot fulfill an order because of events beyond our control (including war, fire, flood, strikes, government action, or carrier failure).
Intellectual property
The site, trademarks, and content belong to Duyum Giftware & Jewelry LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
Title
Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Fraud
Suspected fraud may be reported and the order cancelled.
Governing law
These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived. Courts in the United States have jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. Check this page from time to time.
